SLIP #70SS IS LOCATED BEHIND BLDG. 1, across from the Waterside office (bathrooms, showers and pool right across street). The lighted dock provides a storage box, electricity and water. The Dock Association also provides for all future maintenance and repairs. The owner must be an owner of a condo in either Waterside North or South, but it can be leased to any resident within Waterside North or South
